The Fresh-Vac model A-600 is designed to be fast, reliable and simple to use and maintain. This machine will grow with your needs, because a wide variety of optional equipment can be added at any time. The A-600 is also an integral part of the Multiline system. The A-600 is capable of 4 cycles a minute, or up to 8 packs a minute. A 3/4 KVA transformer and impulse sealing system ensure fast, strong seals. Built of stainless steel with all of it's electronics in a watertight enclosure the A-600 has proven very reliable in the field; and the pre-lubricated air cylinders, quick access service panels and optimized impulse wire ensure minimal down time. Because of it's PLC control the model A-600 is a very forgiving machine to operate. One of 11 preset programs is selected with a dial, the operator simply places the bag in position and swipes the Finger-Touch start buttons. The A-600 measures exactly the correct amount of vacuum with it's digital vacuum gauge, times the gas injection to within 1/100th of a second, and adjusts the amount of seal time based on how long the machine has been idling (your first seal of the day will be the same as the last!) and prevents burn through. The operator interface screen also allows supervisors to adjust the programs with a few keystrokes, and it will even pinpoint the source of errors for maintenance personnel. Regardless of your application the A-600 uses it's sophistication to provide simplicity of operation.
